NoRace.org
Here is a provocative site I found in this Sunday's New York Times Magazine.
From the site...
"NoRace.org is an organized protest of affirmative action. More specifically, we're protesting college entrance racism by organizing people who wish to mark their race incorrectly on college admission applications. If enough people do it, then schools' racial statistics become unreliable. Colleges and Universities will be placed in the position of trying to turn away people when they show up for classes because of the color of their skin. And, once we get a sizeable number of people who have signed up, we'll post the number of people from each school who have signed the petition, effectively informing entrance administrators that their system sucks. All this will expose racial preferences for what they really are: racism. Questions? Read the FAQ."
While this site might appear to be a front for some right-wing coalition, it appears to be the product of a lone individual.

This is true; as more and more kids try to get into the college of their choice, the pressures to get in will turn to the scewing of statistics.
So what happens when cosmetic surguries are necessary to et into a college/ scholarship for being a minority???

sorry.

I'm against Affirmative Action and I'm a black man saying this for a reason because my relatives fought and died for me to get jobs not based on my color but based on my skills and if I can do the job.
