Attack of the Psycho Bosses
This issue is finally getting the publicity it deserves. I personally have been the victim of numerous "psycho bosses". I thought there was nothing I could do. But it looks like the days of psycho bosses are over. Doctors have finally identified the psycho boss gene. Soon we will have a national database that will let you know if there is a psycho boss in your community. Don't live in fear of a psycho boss... yank some hair out of his head and report him to the local authorities.
BBC: "Is your boss a 'corporate psycho'?"
"Millions of harassed workers could have their worst fears confirmed about their bosses thanks to a new test to weed out the 'corporate psycho'.
You may already suspect that your boss's smooth, charming exterior masks a sadistic control freak with a penchant for violence.
But help is at hand to stop mad, megalomaniac managers going completely bananas and scampering off with the company pension fund.
Two of the world's leading experts on psychopathy have developed a new 107-point questionnaire to identify which desks those smooth-talking "snakes in suits" might be hiding behind."
NEWS.com.au: "Is your boss a psychopath?"
"Does your boss take credit for your work, fly into brief rages and manipulate others with a veneer of charm?
Watch out, you could be working for a psychopath.
A study claims that, instead of being behind bars, most psychopaths function incognito in society and tend to thrive in high-powered professions such as business, the law, politics and the media, where they can dominate others.
In fact, sharing the same psychological profile as killers such as Hannibal Lecter helps them to succeed in the short term and often can land them in management roles."

That's pretty funny. Do psycho co-workers count? I've had at least two who definitely must have some sick hobby's we don't know about.
It's funny when it's not serious, but some of these people are really jacked up. Good thing I quit that job awhile back, dude might have been worse than I suspected.

Funny how the BBC post an article about Psycho Bosses, when the most psycho boss I've had was at the BBC! Unfortunately, this subject is not getting the attention it deserves, otherwise the sadistic weirdo in question would be out of a job. He had the weight of the organisation behind him. I was a relatively new starter with very few close confidants. The perfect situation to torment and bully. In the end, I managed to escape without too many ramifications but it concerns me there is a severely mentally ill man in charge of other people's lives. By the time the test comes into effect he'll be receiving his pension and no-one will ever know what a psychopath he is.
