Today, the LATimes published a front page picture of former FRAPH paramilitary leader, Chamblain, reloading his rifle during street battle. Yet the accompanying article insists that his gang are "rebels", as opposed to a paramilitary. The reality is that Chamblain and the FRAPH have former -- and maybe current -- ties to lord knows who. Even with all this information, it still seems complicated. You've got as many as 5 or 6 competing/conspiring fronts. Not to mention the ever-popular voodoo front, complete with Boukman-inspired human sacrifices. Fact or fiction? You decide.
