All Hail Alia Sabur
In case you don't know, Alia Sabur is the youngest PhD candidate in the history of man and womankind. Fourteen years old. Too bad there isn't a prize for being a fourteen year old PhD student.

Alia will begin her engineering studies at Drexel University in January, but still hopes to be a professional musician when she "grows up".
Be sure to check out the Jimmy Kimmel footage at Alia's website.

Damn smart ass kids. Who needs em.

Congratulations on a job well done Alia! It is, without a doubt, a wonderful testament to the great work Alia's parents have done in raising such a smart, respectful & well-balanced child; they deserve our praises considering today's ??? environment that kids have to grow up in.
I wish Alia all the best and I know she'll be an invaluable asset to our country. She is truly a genius which is really an understatement in describing her amazing abilities.
Keep up the great work Alia!

I don't really think it's a good idea to play too much into the age factor. Because, for one, she could have easily done it earlier, or later, had she done it differently. The end product is far more important.

Hey Cousin,
It makes us all proud here in Pakistan to read of your achievements. We wish you the very best of luck in whatever you do.
Do plan a visit to Pakistan again soon. Take care and give my love to Julie and 'Mark' Sabur.
Love,
Mahrukh
